We have the following postage and handling options for when you make your purchase through our website:

Option 1: Free Pick-up

If you want to personally collect your order, you can do so at any of one our workshops. Workshop details are available under the Events tab of our website. Please let us know which workshop you are planning to attend so that we can have your order ready for you.

Option 2: Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide using Australia Post standard delivery and local couriers. A flat rate of $9.95 will apply to each delivery excluding the Beaba Plum Babycook and the Theraline Maternity Pillow.

We will do everything we can to dispatch your order within 2 full working days. You should receive your delivery between 2 and 7 working days once the order has been dispatched from our HQ.

Express post is available for an additional cost. Please email us prior to placing your order to get a quote for your delivery address.

Note that we do not delivery outside of Australia.


RETURNS

If, for any reason, your order is incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods at info@parenttoparent.com.au. Please include your order number as well as your contact details so that we can stay in touch and track appropriately. You will need to return the product to us either by post or at one of our workshops. If the product is found to be faulty, we will replace it and pay for return and re-delivery postage costs.

If the item(s) received are not what you ordered, please do not open the packaging or remove the tags. We will pay for return and re-delivery costs for our error. Any items that are opened or damaged will not be able to be returned.

Note that we will not pay return or re-delivery costs for a change of mind.
