We understand as parents that with children, all kinds of things can go wrong at the last minute. If you can't make it to a workshop, please give us 24 hours notice and we will be happy to issue you with a credit to use for the next workshop. You can also send someone else in your place as long as you let us know in advance.

For times when the house falls down around you just as you are heading out the door, please send us a note as soon as you can and we will be in touch to make an arrangement for you. Or you can just arrive a little late. We will always be happy to see you.


Can I order by phone or email?

We understand that not everyone is comfortable sharing their details over the internet so please feel free to e-mail us using the contact page. We are also happy to give you a call if you provide your contact details.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All of our payments are processed through Paypal.  Paypal accepts all major credits cards as well as giving you the capability to transfer from your bank account.

Payment for items at our workshops will be through Paypal using a wireless device. We will also be accepting cash at workshops.

What times can we contact you?

You can email us through our contact page at any time of the day or night! As parents we work on a 24 hour clock! We will get back to you within 1 business day of your query.


We are happy to offer gift wrapping. If this is something you would like, please send us a note with your order and we will be happy to help.


We are not currently able to provide gift vouchers however please email us if you would really like to gift a workshop and we will organise it for you.
